With Redfin’s new AI capability, real estate buyers can now reimagine potential makeovers for the properties they are considering. The Redfin Redesign tool allows users to modify the appearance of walls, floors, and countertops in home photos. Powered by Roomvo, a leading home visualization platform, this tool helps users envision living in a home, identify which homes to tour or buy, and experiment with different design styles. Redfin Redesign is available for all active and eligible sold listings in the U.S. on Redfin.com and iPhone.

Users can select an eligible home from Redfin search results, click the “Redesign” button, choose a room to redesign, and customize it with different flooring types, wall paint colors, and countertop finishes. Once the design is complete, users can use a slider bar to compare the before and after images of the room.
